If you would like to designate poll watchers for an election, you must complete the Poll Watcher Designation Form (DS-DE 125) (XLSX) and return it via mail, email to supervisor@hendryelections.gov, or in person. 

• A DS-DE 125 designating Early Voting poll watchers is due no later than noon at least 14 days before Early Voting begins. 
• A DS-DE 125 designating Election Day poll watchers is due no later than noon of the second Tuesday preceding Election Day.
